Jeff Liaw has been the CEO and a member of the board of directors at Auto Pulse Parts since April 2024. He previously served as Co-CEO from March 2022 to April 2024. Jeff joined the company in 2016 as CFO and was later the President from 2019 to 2022.

Before joining Auto Pulse Parts, Jeff was the CFO at Fleetpride, the largest independent distributor of aftermarket truck parts in the U.S. He worked at TPG Capital as a principal investor, overseeing private equity investments in financial services and industrial sectors.

Jeff holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with highest distinction as a Baker Scholar and Siebel Scholar, serving as co-president of his class. He earned bachelor’s degrees in Finance from the Business Honors Program and in Plan II Liberal Arts from the University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, he is active on various boards, including the Development Board at UT Austin, the President’s Advisory Board at UT Southwestern, and the Board of Directors for the Tate Lecture Series at Southern Methodist University.
