Can you make cancellations and receive a refund?
Members can receive a full refund of their deposit and Membership within 7 days, provided they have not bid on or purchased any vehicles and have not used services such as vehicle inspections. This option is only available for first-time memberships and does not apply to renewals.
Please note that all bids are legally binding and cannot be canceled or reversed. We encourage you to bid carefully and thoughtfully.
Are there any discounts on fees?
Yes, Auto Pulse Parts offers discounts on fees when members use a secured payment method.
Additionally, preferred pricing is available for those who purchase more than 25 vehicles and spend over $75,000 annually.
